Yes. Care is delivered by licensed clinicians through an independent, physician-owned medical practice. Medication is dispensed only under a valid prescription and compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed. You complete the health screening, and a provider licensed in your state reviews it directly.

Is it FDA approved?

No. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy under a prescription for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved drugs, and they are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness before dispensing. Your provider will discuss the risks and benefits with you.

What conditions disqualify me?

Pregnancy or breastfeeding, active cancer, a history of pituitary tumor, significant liver or kidney disease, and certain immunosuppressant therapies are common reasons a provider will decline. Some medications, including thyroid medication, may require additional review rather than an outright decline.

Which states are available?

Programs are available in select states where our clinicians hold an active license. You choose your state during the screening, and we will tell you right away if we cannot treat you there yet.

How fast does it ship?

Most screenings receive a provider decision within one business day. Once prescribed, the pharmacy typically compounds and ships within 2 to 5 business days.
